Mr. Waleed Al-Darkazali, Mustansiriyah University, Iraq

Waleed Nabeel is an experienced educator and researcher, with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from AL-Mustansiriyah University and a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry from Cairo University. He has worked as a Research Assistant at Cairo University under the supervision of Dr. Rafat Milad Mohareb and Assist. Prof. Nadia Youssef Megally Abdo, gaining valuable experience in research methodologies. Waleed is also certified in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) from the Iraqi Chemists Syndicate and has completed a course in Methods of Teaching from AL-Mustansiriyah University College of Education. With a passion for teaching and a dedication to making a difference in the lives of young learners, Waleed currently serves as a Chemistry teacher at ICUS, where he also holds the role of Homeroom teacher for IB students. He possesses strong skills in Microsoft Office, English language proficiency, and analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and water analysis. Waleed is described as loyal, talented, caring, open-minded, patient, and supportive, embodying the qualities of an exceptional educator and mentor.
