Dr. [Name] has been involved in a wide range of activities related to the design, commissioning, and quality assurance of radiation facilities and dosimetry laboratories. They have designed Secondary Standard Dosimetry Laboratories (SSDLs) for numerous African, Arabic, and Asian countries, including bunker design, shielding calculations, layout drawings, and the selection of irradiation facilities and dosimetry equipment, with this work ongoing until 2021. Dr. [Name] has also designed experimental setups and ancillary equipment for the Algerian and Saudi Arabian SSDLs since 1992. Additionally, they have performed shielding calculations for five Radiotherapy Centers in Algeria from 2008 to 2014, six worldwide SSDLs from 2007 to 2021, and Nuclear Medicine Departments from 2019 to 2022. They commissioned the first two linear accelerators installed at the Algerian Radiotherapy Centers (VARIAN – CLINAC 1800) in 1993 and conducted quality control of Cobalt-60 units and linear accelerators at the national level in Algeria from 1993 to 2000.
