Dr. Hatem Khater is an accomplished academician with expertise in Computer Engineering and Systems. Holding a PhD from Kent University, UK, earned in 2008, Dr. Khater’s academic journey has been marked by excellence. Prior to his doctoral studies, he completed his MS.C in Electrical Engineering at Alexandria University in 1999, following his BS.C from the Military Technical College in 1992. With a distinguished teaching career, Dr. Khater has served in various capacities, including Assistant Professor at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (AASTMT) from 2008 to 2019. Currently, he holds the position of Associate Professor at the Higher Technological Institute (HUE) and concurrently serves as the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, a testament to his leadership and administrative capabilities. Dr. Khater’s academic prowess is further evidenced by his extensive teaching experience in courses such as Advanced Programming Techniques, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, and more.
